FAQs
How do I use it?
Place the panel 6-12 inches from the area you want to target. Press RED for red light, NIR for near-infrared, or both together for the full spectrum. Set your timer using the TIME+ and TIME- buttons, and carry on with whatever you were already doing. Skincare, scrolling, working, watching telly. You don't need to stare at it or stay still. Just be nearby. Bare skin gets the best results as clothing reduces effectiveness.
Do I use red light, near-infrared, or both?
You can use either or both depending on what you want to target. Red light (630nm and 660nm) is best for skin benefits. Near-infrared (810nm, 830nm, 850nm) goes deeper into muscle and tissue. Using both together gives you the full spectrum of benefits in one session.
How long should I use it for?
It depends on what you're going for. For general wellness, glowing skin, better sleep, more energy, aim for 10-20 minutes total. Just sit nearby and let it work while you do something else. For targeted recovery, a sore muscle, a specific joint, an area you want to focus on, position the panel closer and give that area 5-10 minutes directly. Start with 10 minutes and see how your body responds. More isn't always better, consistency is what gets results.
How often should I use it?
Daily or near-daily gives the best results. Consistency is what gets results, not perfection. One rest day per week is recommended to allow optimal cellular recovery.
When should I use it, morning or evening?
Both work, just for different things. Morning sessions support energy and help set your circadian rhythm for the day. Evening sessions promote relaxation and support better sleep. Use it whenever it fits into your life.
How long until I see results?
Most people notice something within 2-4 weeks of consistent use, whether that's skin texture, energy, sleep quality, or post-workout recovery. Red light works at a cellular level so give it time and let it do its thing.
Do I need goggles?
The panel is very bright. For facial use, we recommend closing your eyes or using the protective goggles included with your panel. For body use you're absolutely fine without them.
Is it safe to use daily?
Yes. The panel emits zero EMF at 3 inches, which is the closest recommended distance for use. Red light therapy has an excellent safety record and is non-invasive, non-thermal, and safe for regular use. If you notice any skin irritation, increase your distance or reduce session time.
Is it safe if I'm pregnant or have a pacemaker?
We recommend avoiding use during pregnancy or if you have a cardiac pacemaker. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult your doctor before use.
The panel makes a noise, is that normal?
Yes, completely normal. The panel has built in cooling fans for thermal management. The fan sound during use is just the panel doing its job.
