FAQ

FAQs

How do I use it?

Place The Get Lit Panel 6-12 inches from the area you want to treat. Turn it on, set the timer, and carry on with whatever you were already doing. Skincare, scrolling, working, watching telly. You don't need to stare at it or stay still. Just be nearby.

How often should I use it?

For best results, use it daily or as close to daily as your life allows. Even 10-20 minutes a day adds up. Consistency is what gets results. Not perfection.

Do I need goggles?

The light is very bright, so we recommend not staring directly into it. For facial use, closing your eyes or using protective glasses is a good idea. For body use, you're absolutely fine without them.

How long until I see results?

Most people notice something within 4-8 weeks of consistent use. Whether that's skin texture, energy, sleep quality, or post-workout recovery. Red light works at a cellular level, so give it time and let it do its thing.

What's the warranty?

The Get Lit Panel comes with a 3-year warranty and has a lifespan of 100,000 hours. We stand behind our product. If something goes wrong, drop us a message at getlit@getlitpanel.com and we'll sort it.

Do you ship to the UK and US?

Yes. We ship to both the UK and the US. UK orders are our primary market and typically arrive within 3-5 working days. US orders may take a little longer. We'll keep you updated with tracking info.

What are the wavelengths and what do they do?

The Get Lit Panel uses 5 targeted wavelengths, each chosen for a specific reason:

  • 630nm (red): Supports skin surface renewal and collagen production. Great for texture, tone, and that lit-from-within glow.
  • 660nm (red): Penetrates deeper into skin tissue. Supports healing, reduces inflammation, and boosts cellular energy.
  • 810nm (near-infrared): Goes deeper still. Supports muscle recovery, joint comfort, and overall cellular repair.
  • 830nm (near-infrared): Aids circulation and tissue regeneration. Particularly good for hair growth and scalp health.
  • 850nm (near-infrared): The deepest penetrating wavelength. Supports sleep quality, energy levels, and full-body recovery.
